Directions for Use

FLEXI-CLEAN™ can be used to clean and degrease flat rubber and studded rubber flooring in factories, food service environments, airports, industrial applications, office buildings, schools, nursing homes, and hospitals.

Recommended Dilution Rates

• Light Soil: 2–3 oz. per gallon
• Moderate Soil: 4–5 oz. per gallon
• Heavy Soil & General Purpose Cleaning: 6–10 oz. per gallon
• Stripping Silicone & Paraffin: 6–10 oz. per gallon

Mop & Bucket Application

1. Mop the diluted solution onto the floor.
2. Allow the solution to remain on the surface for 5–10 minutes.
3. Agitate as required using a mop or a floor machine with a suitable pad.
4. Remove the solution using a mop and bucket or wet vacuum.

Automatic Scrubber Application

1. Apply FLEXI-CLEAN™ with the vacuum turned off and the squeegee in the raised position.
2. Allow the solution to remain on the surface for 5–10 minutes.
3. Lower the squeegee and turn on the vacuum.
4. Agitate the floor and remove the solution using the automatic scrubber.
