Its concentrated dual-quaternary formula provides broad-spectrum disinfection while helping control mold and mildew in institutional, commercial, and industrial environments.

It cleans, shines, deodorizes, and disinfects while helping inhibit the growth of mold and mildew. It can also be used as a non-scratch cleaner for showers, tubs, shower doors, vinyl and plastic shower curtains, fixtures, and toilet bowls.

MICRO-CHEM PLUS™ is an economical concentrate that can be applied using a mop and bucket, trigger sprayer, low-pressure coarse sprayer, or sponge. It is effective against SARS-CoV-2 on hard, non-porous surfaces with a 1-minute contact time when used according to directions.

Directions for Use

General Disinfection

Dilute 2 fl oz of MICRO-CHEM PLUS™ per gallon of water.

Apply the solution using a mop, cloth, sponge, trigger sprayer, or low-pressure coarse sprayer, making sure all surfaces are thoroughly wet.

Allow the surface to remain visibly wet for 10 minutes. For SARS-CoV-2, allow the surface to remain visibly wet for 1 minute. Remove excess liquid after the required contact time.

General Cleaning

Apply to the soiled area using a mop, cloth, sponge, trigger sprayer, or low-pressure coarse sprayer. The product can be diluted at 2 fl oz per gallon of water or applied at full strength. Thoroughly wet the soiled surface and scrub as necessary.

Toilet Bowls

Clean visible soil before disinfection. Flush the toilet and add 2 fl oz directly to the bowl water. Swab the entire bowl with a scrub brush or toilet mop, including under the rim. Allow it to stand for 10 minutes, then flush.

Mold & Mildew Control

Dilute 2 fl oz per gallon of water and apply to pre-cleaned, hard, non-porous surfaces. Completely wet the surface and allow it to air dry. Repeat weekly or whenever mildew growth appears.

Surfaces that may come into contact with food must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water after use. Always follow the complete product label for application-specific directions.
