It removes light scratches and traffic wear while producing a high-gloss, reflective finish. MRP™ is particularly effective on difficult-to-polish marble, including green and black marble, as well as worn surfaces that have not responded well to other polishing compounds or crystallizers.

The formula does not require weighted marble equipment and, in many cases, can reduce the need for costly diamond honing.

Directions for Use

Surface Preparation

The surface must be clean and dry. Use a dust mop to remove loose debris and dirt.

Remove any existing coatings or sealers, wash the floor, and remove remaining soil using an appropriate intensive stone cleaner.

Application

Use a suitable stone polishing machine with a dense, high-speed polishing pad. Also prepare a mop bucket with clean water and a floor squeegee.

When opening the MRP™ container, pour the liquid sitting on top into a separate container and save it. This liquid should be poured back into the MRP™ container when finished.

1. Place approximately 5 tablespoons (3 oz.) of MRP™ onto the floor in a circle.
2. Spray 4 trigger pulls of water onto the MRP™.
3. Position the polishing machine and dense polishing pad over the mixture.
4. Buff slowly from side to side over an area of approximately 3 ft × 3 ft (1 sq. meter).
5. Make 4 complete passes, then inspect the results.
6. If additional polishing is required, continue making passes. Use the same number of passes throughout the entire area for consistent results.
7. Add additional paste and water when necessary.
8. Use a squeegee to move the slurry to the next area being polished.
9. After polishing approximately 50 sq. ft. (4.65 sq. m), thoroughly rinse the area to remove all slurry residue.
