CONKLEEN 204™ is a heavy-duty, water-based concrete cleaner designed to remove rubber burn and tire marks, heavy oils, grease, and other difficult soils from concrete floors.
Its high-active formula combines alkaline builders, sequestrants, metal corrosion inhibitors, solubilizers, and detergents to provide rapid removal of grease and oil from floor surfaces. The controlled-foam formula also makes it suitable for use with automatic scrubbers and wet-vacuum systems.

Directions for Use
Dilute CONKLEEN 204™ with hot or cold water. Adjust the dilution level according to the cleaning requirement.
Apply the diluted solution using a sponge, mop, brush, sprinkler, sprayer, foamer, or automatic floor machine.
For severe soiling, allow the solution to soak for as long as possible without allowing the floor to dry. Agitation can help loosen heavy soil. Steel, fiber, or nylon brushes and abrasive pads may be used where appropriate.
Recommended Dilutions:
- General Cleaning: 1–2 oz. per gallon of water
- Heavy-Duty Cleaning: 1 pint (16 oz.) per gallon of water
- Rubber Tire Mark Removal: 1 quart (32 oz.) per gallon of water
If preparing the floor for sealing, rinse thoroughly two or more times after cleaning.
