Directions for Use
Floor Preparation
Use a recommended floor stripper to remove old finish from floors where static control is required.
Remove the stripping solution using a mop or wet/dry vacuum. Rinse the floor thoroughly with clean water and allow it to dry completely.
Application
- Using a clean mop or applicator, apply a thin, uniform coat of NO-ZAP™.
- Allow each coat to dry for 40–60 minutes.
- Apply a maximum of 3 coats.
- Allow the floor to dry thoroughly before permitting traffic.
Avoid applying NO-ZAP™ under high-humidity conditions. Zoran™ absorbs water from the atmosphere, which can affect the properties of the floor coating.
Wait 72 hours after application before cleaning, buffing, or recoating.
Restorative Maintenance
Mopping with NO-ZAP™:
If the floor is relatively clean, dilute NO-ZAP™ 1:1 with cool water and apply to help improve floor resistivity.
Damp Mopping:
Use NCL ENHANCE Neutral Floor Cleaner at 1 oz. per gallon of water for mopping or auto-scrubbing.
Spray Buffing:
For equipment operating at 1000 RPM or higher, dilute NO-ZAP™ at 1 part finish to 5 parts water. Buff using a white or light-colored synthetic pad.
Recoating:
Recoat when floor resistivity rises above 10⁹ ohms, or as required.
