LVT/Linoleum High Gloss Floor Coating

NEXT CENTURY™ is a high-gloss protective floor coating for LVT and linoleum. It creates a clear, non-yellowing and water-resistant wear layer that enhances floor appearance while providing superior durability, soil resistance, scuff resistance, and improved slip resistance.

NEXT CENTURY™ LVT / Linoleum High Gloss Floor Coating is designed to provide a maintainable wear layer that improves cleaning efficiency while helping protect flooring.

The advanced formula creates a water-resistant protective barrier with a high-gloss shine that enhances the natural character, color, and appearance of the floor. It also improves slip resistance and makes treated surfaces easier to clean.

NEXT CENTURY™ is recommended for LVT and linoleum floors. It can be applied to new flooring to protect and enhance its original appearance or used on worn flooring to restore and revitalize the surface.

Directions for Use

Application

1. Using a clean mop or applicator, apply thin, uniform coats of NEXT CENTURY™.
2. Allow each coat to dry for a minimum of 20 minutes.
3. Do not apply more than 4 coats within a 24-hour period.
4. Make sure the floor is thoroughly dry before allowing foot traffic.

Routine Maintenance

Sweep away large debris and dust mop the floor regularly.

Damp mop or clean using an automatic scrubber with an appropriate floor pad and NCL LVT-CLEAN™, following the cleaner’s label directions.

Scrub & Recoat

1. Dust mop the floor to remove dry soil and loose debris.
2. Clean the surface using NCL SURFACE PREP™ diluted 1:6 to 1:10, depending on the amount of buildup.
3. Use a mop and bucket or automatic scrubber with an appropriate floor cleaning pad.
4. Rinse the floor and allow it to dry thoroughly.
5. Using a wet mop or microfiber applicator, apply NEXT CENTURY™ at approximately 2,500 sq. ft. per gallon.
6. Allow the coating to dry thoroughly.
7. Worn, dull, or lifeless floors may require more than one application. Apply additional coats as required, allowing adequate drying time between each coat.
8. Use NCL LVT-CLEAN™ for routine cleaning to help prolong the life of the coating and flooring.
