Its concentrated, non-toxic antifreeze-based formula combines neutral detergents, penetrants, corrosion inhibitors, coupling aids, and emulsifiers. FROST FREE resists freezing at temperatures down to -44°F, allowing cleaning to take place without costly freezer shutdowns.

Its neutral detergent base and low-odor formula make it suitable for use in low-ventilation freezer and cold-storage environments.

Directions for Use

FROST FREE is ready to use for cleaning floors, walls, and equipment in freezers, cold-storage facilities, and other sub-freezing areas down to -44°F.

Automatic Scrubbers

1. Equip the automatic scrubber with steel wire or other aggressive brushes.
2. Fill the supply tank with undiluted FROST FREE.
3. Apply the cleaning solution while scrubbing the surface.
4. Allow the cleaner to remain on the surface for 5 minutes.
5. Scrub the surface again.
6. Lower the squeegee and use the vacuum system to pick up loosened soil and cleaning residue.

Rotary Floor Machine

1. Equip the floor machine with steel wire or another aggressive brush.
2. Spray, mop, or sprinkle undiluted FROST FREE onto the surface.
3. Scrub the surface thoroughly with the floor machine.
4. Allow the cleaner to remain on the surface for 5 minutes.
5. Scrub the area again.
6. Remove the cleaner and loosened soil using a wet vacuum or mop.

Manual Cleaning

1. Apply undiluted FROST FREE by spray, mop, or sponge.
2. Aggressively double-scrub the area using a stiff brush or abrasive pad.
3. Remove loosened soil and cleaning solution using a wet vacuum, mop, or sponge.
4. Wet-vacuum or mop the cleaned surface dry to prevent cleaner residue from remaining.

Cold Rooms Above 0°F

For cold rooms and other areas with temperatures above 0°F, the surface can be rinsed with water after normal cleaning.

FROST FREE may also be diluted using 2 parts cleaner to 1 part water for use in these conditions.
